Atlas served as the Principal Engineer, project manager, design engineer, and drafter for the design of the temporary traffic control adjacent to the proposed residential condominium project in the West Campus area. Due to the location of the project, the pedestrian safety considerations were more complicated than seen in a typical traffic control plan for a site development. The project also included several detours, lane closures and creation of work zones within the ROW.
