Atlas Design served as the City of Austin Project Manager on the $2.5M project to provide water and wastewater service to the southeast Austin area. This project included the installation of 7,200 linear feet of 42-inch diameter water line along the future Right-of-Way corridor for Slaughter Lane. 

Special coordination and design was incorporated into the project to avoid future conflicts with the Slaughter Lane construction and eliminate duplication of work between the two projects. The project also involved easement negotiation with multiple property owner stakeholders, including eminent domain proceedings.
