Mr. Thompson served as assistant superintendent on the $10M design-build project that included a six acre site and a 100K sq. ft. medical office building. He worked directly with the project owner, engineer and architect to identify and resolve issues on the project. Mr. Thompson was responsible for initial site layout and maintenance of control points, project schedule updates, and subcontractor coordination. Mr. Thompson also performed value engineering (VE) of the project in order to balance the excavation/embankment quantities of the site.
