Pemberton Heights Water Rehab Phase III

Mr. Thompson served as the City of Austin Project Manager on the $7.5M project to upgrade the existing water and wastewater infrastructure in the Pemberton Heights Neighborhood. The Pemberton Heights neighborhood had experienced a significant number of water and wastewater line leaks and failures prior to the initiation of the project.

The project included the design, permitting and construction of more than 18,000 linear feet of new waterline and almost 7,000 linear feet of new wastewater line. The work included new manholes, water and wastewater service connections, fire hydrants, miscellaneous appurtenances, and repaving of the impacted streets.
