Atlas Design prepared Temporary Traffic Control Plans for the construction of the Reclaimed Water project. The traffic control scope included more than forty individual phases of work to complete both the reclaimed water portion of the project as well as the water line improvements which were installed. The project required the design of a complex “contra-flow” layout to maintain westbound traffic flow on E Oltorf Lane during portions of construction.
