Mr. Thompson served as a project engineer on the project and work included temporary traffic control, drainage calculations, site grading, and storm sewer design. This project consists of civil engineering services for a new 39,375 square foot convalescent services nursing home and a small detached maintenance building to be constructed in rural south Austin. In addition to standard City of Austin design requirements, the project was subject to the new City of Austin Commercial Design Standards.
