Mr. Thompson served as a Project Engineer on the project which was part of the Laredo Urban Transportation Study, and included cataloguing and rating the City of Laredo Street Network (approx. 500 center-line miles). Mr. Thompson assisted in the analysis of the street rating data as well as the development of training materials for the City of Laredo staff in the use of the Pavement Management software.
