Mr. Thompson served as Project Manager for the project which utilized USACE MicroPaver software to survey the City maintained roadway network. The project provided personnel to assist City staff in performing the field condition surveys, and train City staff for future surveys, in order to develop the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) score for use in the MicroPaver program. In addition, Mr. Thompson worked directly with City of Brownwood Public Works staff to begin the development of the recommended rehabilitation program using MicroPaver analysis tools.
