Atlas provides staff augmentation and performs in-house review of Temporary Traffic Control Plans for ATD-Right of Way Management Division. Atlas reviews plans to ensure compliance with the Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD) as well as City of Austin standard, specifications and guidelines. Atlas works with City of Austin staff to update and reformat existing traffic control standard details, in addition to multiple new standards for future adoption.
